9) What can we expect from the Speakeasy Tour?
The Speakeasy Tour visits three hidden or historic bars and speakeasies with rich storytelling about the Prohibition Era in New York City. The group generally has reserved seating or a reserved area within each venue, and we skip any lines. There are short walks between each venue as the host recounts some of the more untold historical stories. Premium cocktails are available at every stop, with food offered at most. Guests purchase at their discretion. The Tour lasts approximately three hours.
10) What can you expect from the Bar Lounge & Rooftop Tour?
This is a fun and historical journey through the New York City nightlife, showing off the diversity of options. We generally visit four unique venues, including a bar, lounge, speakeasy, rooftop and a venue playing live or DJ music. We get free entry at each venue and express entry. Drinsk and food can be purchased at each location. The storytelling by our host focuses on the 1970s and 1980s New York City when Times Square was gritty and a bit scandalous. The venues we visit will often pay homage to this glorious, but controversial era in NYC. This tour is great for solo travelers who want to experience NYC nightlife in a safe environment, as we bring together a group from around the world.
11) What can we expect from the New Year’s Eve Tour?
This tour visits two or more historic bars and speakeasies with a complimentary drink at the first and a four-hour open bar at the last stop. The Tour is given access inside the Times Square security zone, culminating with a viewing of the Midnight Ball Drop from the corner of Broadway and 54th Street. The NYE party at an original speakeasy includes a live DJ throughout the night and a champagne toast at midnight. There is rich storytelling of New York City during the Prohibition Era recounted throughout the evening by our dedicated team of hosts. Party favors are included. Because of strict security, valid photo identification is required to move beyond checkpoints and no large bags are allowed. All guests must be 21 years of age.
